01 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with bdt19, including your use of the website at bdt19.net, any mobile applications or browser-based versions of the platform, and all products and services offered therein — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional programmes. These Terms apply to all players regardless of their geographic location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
bdt19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdt19's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms that may be published on the platform at the time of an offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use bdt19, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bdt19 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account suspended immediately and all funds will be returned, minus any winnings derived from bets placed during the period of underage use.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and institutional accounts are not permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a bdt19 employee or contractor.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
bdt19 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Age verification checks are applied at the point of registration and again at the point of first withdrawal. Players who cannot successfully complete age verification within 30 days of being requested to do so will have their accounts restricted until verification is completed. bdt19 may use third-party age and identity verification services as part of this process.
03 Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
To access bdt19's full range of products and services, you must create a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are legally responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
One Account Per Player
Each individual person may hold only one active bdt19 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. If bdt19 identifies that a player is operating duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances will be reviewed, and any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts may be voided. Players who believe they may have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support at [email protected] immediately.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt19 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdt19 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you. bdt19 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where that unauthorised access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdt19 support immediately. bdt19 will temporarily restrict the account pending an investigation. You must not continue to use an account that you believe has been compromised.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
bdt19 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time but will always be required before a player's first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within 90 days). Players who are unable to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
bdt19 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payment methods must be registered in the same name as your bdt19 account. Third-party payments — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being reviewed.
Minimum and Maximum Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may vary. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your bdt19 account cashier. bdt19 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. VIP players may be subject to enhanced limits as part of their tier benefits.
Processing Times
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to player accounts within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal requests for standard accounts are processed within 30 to 60 minutes during bdt19's operating hours. VIP accounts benefit from near-instant withdrawal processing. All withdrawal amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and the ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in that currency.
Currency
All transactions on bdt19 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used on all balance displays, deposit forms, and withdrawal confirmations throughout the platform. bdt19 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
05 Bonus & Promotions Policy
Welcome Bonus
New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit at bdt19 are eligible for the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the welcome bonus offer active at the time of your registration. bdt19 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time, but any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be turned over in real-money bets before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate.
Bonus Abuse
bdt19 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedging bets specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; and any other behaviour that bdt19 reasonably determines is designed to extract bonus value in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings voided and the account may be permanently suspended.
Seasonal and Tournament Promotions
bdt19 regularly publishes time-limited promotional offers tied to major events including BPL season, the T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer and are available for a limited time only. Promotions are available to eligible, fully verified accounts only unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
06 Betting & Gaming Rules
Placement of Bets
All bets placed on bdt19 are final once confirmed. The platform will display a bet confirmation screen before any wager is finalised; it is the player's responsibility to review all details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. bdt19 does not accept any request to cancel or modify a bet once it has been confirmed, except in the specific circumstances outlined in the Void Bets section below.
Odds and Pricing
All odds displayed on bdt19 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet will be those displayed at the precise time your bet confirmation is submitted. In-play (live) betting odds may change rapidly in response to match events; bdt19 accepts no responsibility for any disparity between odds seen on screen and the confirmed bet odds where that disparity arises from normal market movement during the bet placement process.
Void Bets
bdt19 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances:
- The bet was placed on odds that were published in error due to a system or human error (palpable error).
- The underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's settlement deadline, or abandoned before the minimum required play for settlement has occurred.
- Evidence emerges that the outcome of the event was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of manipulation.
- The bet was placed after the event had already commenced in a manner inconsistent with the platform's in-play betting rules.
- The bet was placed in breach of these Terms (e.g., by an ineligible player or via a restricted account).
Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's bdt19 wallet balance. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of a voided bet.
Casino and RNG Games
All slot titles, RNG table games, and instant-win products available on bdt19 are provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and partner providers. All games are tested and certified for fairness by independent third-party auditors. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage is published in the game information panel accessible from the game lobby. bdt19 acts solely as a platform operator for these games and does not control game outcomes, which are determined entirely by the game provider's certified RNG.
Live Casino

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued use of bdt19, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
General Obligations
- You will provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC, and any support interaction.
- You will keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any third party.
- You will promptly notify bdt19 of any change to your personal information that affects the accuracy of your account details.
- You will cooperate with any reasonable request from bdt19 for identity verification, source-of-funds confirmation, or other compliance-related documentation.
- You will only use bdt19 for your own personal, non-commercial recreation. Use of the platform for commercial gain through systematic exploitation of errors or vulnerabilities is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players in casino games — including but not limited to communicating card information in live blackjack, or coordinating crash game cash-out strategies to extract bonus value.
- Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of accessing bdt19 from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data or code from the bdt19 platform.
- Posting, transmitting, or sharing any abusive, defamatory, threatening, or offensive content via any bdt19 communication channel including live chat, game chat, or support correspondence.
bdt19 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in breach of these obligations will be subject to investigation, temporary restriction, or permanent suspension at bdt19's sole discretion. Winnings associated with prohibited conduct may be voided.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your bdt19 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdt19 will process any pending withdrawals of your available real-money balance before closing the account. Any bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, bdt19 offers a self-exclusion tool that allows you to suspend your account for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be reversed or shortened during the exclusion window. Upon expiry of a temporary self-exclusion period, accounts are not automatically reactivated — the player must contact support to confirm reactivation. This cooling-off step is a deliberate design choice to protect vulnerable players.
Suspension by bdt19
bdt19 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; underage gambling; provision of false information during registration; or any other conduct that bdt19 reasonably determines is harmful to the platform, other players, or bdt19's operational integrity. Where an account is suspended by bdt19 for regulatory or compliance reasons, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to address the underlying issue before the account is permanently closed.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by bdt19 — access to the platform will be revoked. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees or voided amounts. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.
